Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us at livia.tiwari@yahoo.com and we will do our best to arrange delivery.
Processing times
• Limited Edition Prints: dispatched within approximately [3–7] business days.
• Original Artworks: originals require additional handling, protective packaging, and — for oils — full curing before transit, so please allow [7–14] business days before dispatch. For larger originals, we may contact you to confirm packaging and shipping arrangements before sending.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination. For large or high-value originals, or for remote destinations, shipping may be quoted separately; if so, we will contact you to confirm before dispatch.
Estimated delivery
• Europe: approximately 4–11 business days from dispatch.
• International (outside Europe): approximately 5–28 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Risk & ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the artwork passes once payment has been received in full.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery and contact details are correct at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility as the recipient. If a parcel is refused or returned because customs charges were not paid, any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns & refunds
Your right to return (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel and return a non-bespoke item — such as a Limited Edition Print or an in-stock Original — within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To begin, email us at

Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
Return shipping
Unless an item arrived faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because artworks are valuable and fragile, we strongly recommend an insured, tracked service. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved and, if so, refund you via your original payment method within 14 days. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item. Original shipping cost is not refundable.

Exceptions — what cannot be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: - Commissions and any made-to-order or personalised work, created to your specification.
Damaged or faulty items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at livia.tiwari@yahoo.com within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and the item. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate, in line with your statutory rights. Nothing here affects those rights.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the piece you would like.
Lost in transit
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us with your name and order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
